An aptly titled book for a thinking chef

Greetings from Chennai, India.

Currently forced to live a bachelor life as my wife is located away from me due to her work/professional posting, Simple is Tasty is one concept that I adhere for me dietary needs.  This allows me to indulge in some fun moments, every day, to prepare my food.

As aptly titled – A Short Course in Culinary Experiments – I am able to read and understand and also try to develop new dishes on my own.  It is  a great concept with  a simple approach.  Vegetarian foods were never difficult to prepare, but this book adds a new twist – the fun/experimenting part of cooking.  Try this book, you might like it as well!
